Please note that we do not offer refunds for our digital products and services where legally permissible. All sales are final once the purchase is completed.

Legal Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

According to European directive 2011/83, consumers in the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason (Widerrufsrecht). However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to all types of digital content and services.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

According to EU consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Digital content (such as games, software, or digital services) if the delivery has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Services that have been fully performed if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent
